flow

flow classes will start slowly and progressively transition to more challenging asanas (postures).  linking breath and movement to create a fluid, strength and flexibility building yoga practice. flow will introduce slower floor-based asanas with deeper stretches towards the end of practice, as a cool down leading into savasana.

*offered in the jade studio non-heated or in the golden studio at 98°F as hot & flow.
