My journey to becoming a therapist and wellness facilitator has been deeply intertwined with the world of yoga. My love for yoga ignited during my teenage years and has been a guiding light ever since. After a brief hiatus, I returned to yoga as a means to combat the stress of my undergraduate studies in Dance at York University. This marked the rekindling of my profound connection to yoga.

My yoga journey led me to the Modo Yoga community, where I embarked on a transformative 500hr Modo Teacher Training in Kelowna BC in 2018. Along the way, I delved into various other specialized yoga trainings, including Kids Yoga, Trauma-informed Yoga, Modo Calm Yin, and Modo Flow Vinyasa Yoga. My extensive training in these practices has equipped me with a deep understanding of yoga's power to heal and transform.

In the world of yoga, I have also ventured into holistic practices such as Mystical Numerology, Breathwork, and Mantra/Chanting. These practices have been instrumental in addressing diverse client needs and have enabled me to offer a more comprehensive approach to healing through yoga.

Today, I share my passion for yoga, and as I guide others on their yoga journeys, I encourage them to explore yoga's transformative potential in both the physical and spiritual dimensions. My approach is infused with curiosity, an open heart, and a deep belief in the power of yoga to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Whether through yoga, dance therapy, or related practices, I am dedicated to helping others achieve holistic well-being and self-discovery through the path of yoga.
