hatha

a great introduction to yoga! a hatha class introduces you slowly to the more popular/recognized asanas (postures) & helps build strength and flexibility. this class will provide a full body practice through standing, balancing, and floor postures. in this static practice, postures are held on each side for 3-5 breaths to promote focus and challenge endurance. ideal for beginners and suitable for all levels of practice.

*offered in the jade studio non-heated or in the golden studio at 98°F as hot & hatha.
