i’ve had a life-long enduring yoga practice spanning over 35 years! i enjoy moving my body in a variety of styles of yoga like modo, sivananda, power, yin, restorative etc. however it wasn’t until 2014 that i decided to begin my teaching journey which eventually led me to the role of studio owner and director of the london moksha/modo yoga studios for nearly 10 years.
as a legacy lululemon yoga ambassador, i was able to expand my passion for bringing accessible yoga to the greater yoga community. my goal to share the practice of yoga for all bodies, all ages and all levels of experience remains my mission. i aspire to create a place for all to come, breathe, move their bodies, reconnect with themselves, and feel like they belong through my continued commitment to social justice and allyship within london.
while away from teaching in 2020/2021, i spent my time focused on personal and professional development in the areas of anti oppression, anti racism, and trauma-informed teaching. i hope to continue learning while being a strong ally to marginalized communities. i hope you will find my classes challenging, yet somehow also joy-filled, funny and accessible to everyone.
i’m grateful for my life experiences that enable me to continue mentoring the london yoga community. i want everyone to know that yoga is for all ages, all body types, and all fitness levels.
