restorative

restorative yoga is a slow and calming practice, with long passive holds.  your restorative practice will be supported by blocks and bolsters to create a sense of release and surrender.  supported restorative asanas (postures) will be held between 6-10 minutes. the focus of this practice is to encourage a mind-body release, thereby bringing the nervous system into a state of healing. suitable for all.

*offered in the jade studio non-heated or in the golden studio at 86°F as warm & restorative.
