yang & yin

this class moves you through a more active (yang) practice, followed by a contrasting gentle (yin) practice. yang is more dynamic, building strength, stamina and flexibility, whilst encouraging blood flow and building body heat! transitioning into a passive, calming & cooling yin practice the holds posture for 3-5 minutes to encourage release and restoration on a deeper level, completing the whole-body experience. suitable for all. modifications will be offered throughout the practice.

*offered in the jade studio non-heated or in the golden studio at 98°F as hot & yang yin.
