I fell in love with the physical and mental benefits of a regular practice when I was introduced to hot vinyasa and power flow fourteen years ago. Involved with other fitness activities at the time, I found the focus on both strength and flexibility combined with breath became a way to make the connection with body and mind. I soon realized that a regular practice was having a positive ripple effect through all areas of my life. eager to deepen my own understanding and share with others, i completed my certification in 2012.

I have ten years of experience leading studio classes in various styles including hot flow, power flow, yang yin, and hatha styles. I enjoy teaching with a focus on anatomy and alignment and likes to combine creative sequencing with a sense of playfulness, encouraging students to be curious and have fun with their practice. My classes are designed to be both accessible and inclusive for all, creating a safe space that allows each student to show up exactly as they are. My goal is to help you reconnect with the intelligence of your body so you can feel calmer and more present in your life, and I am honoured to be part of your own personal yoga journey.
