gentle flow

gentle flow classes are suitable for everyone, including beginners. flow yoga postures link breath and movement to create a fluid practice and are taught at a gentler pace. this practice will allow you to build body awareness and learn how to effectively transition between asanas (postures). a great class to explore flow and prepare you to move onto our more active flow / power classes.

*offered in the jade studio non-heated or in the golden studio at 86°F as warm & gentle flow.
