with 7 years of yoga practice under my belt, i have developed a deep understanding of the physical and mental benefits of the practice. i believe in synchronizing movement and breath, and always strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment for students, regardless of their level of experience.

in addition to yoga, i am also an avid rock climber, which has given me an appreciation for strength, flexibility, and balance—all of which i incorporate into my classes. I have a passion for inversion and arm balance work, so students can expect to be challenged both mentally and physically as i encourage them to explore their own limits in a safe and supportive way.
