jess cane

i’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and teaching yoga for 5 years. as a previous childhood competitive gymnast, i came to my mat and discovered the needed shift from ‘being better’ to simply ‘being’. i completed my 200 hour ytt through the internal peace initiative and am currently enrolled in my 300 hour ytt through my vinyasa practice. i have also received additional training in advanced sequencing, trauma informed yoga and functional movement in yoga.

my classes focus on curiousity, self awareness, strength and exploration of breath. my goal is to leave you feeling centred, present, and better than when you arrived.
