slow flow class is suitable for everyone, including beginners. this slower paced class links postures together in fluid, intuitive sequences to combine breath & movement. this practice will allow you to build body awareness and learn how to effectively transition between asanas (postures). a great class to explore flow and prepare you to move onto our more active flow / power flow classes.
