gentle yoga class is the place for those yogis who love restorative or yin practices and are wishing to find a slightly more active version of restoration. this class is built around joint health, slow stretching, & full body exploration. gentle yoga is perfect for those working with injuries, those with sensitive joints, or those who just wish to indulge in a slower practice.
