i first discovered yoga during my 30 year social work career, working in the field with people who have experienced trauma. after learning about its many benefits, i began incorporating it into my life—both professionally and personally, and fell in love with the practice. i have since retired from the field and have been teaching yoga for over 7 years. my current focus in yoga is matching breath to movement, and working towards the ‘flow state’.

i am excited to be a part of this new adventure with &asanas, and look forward to meeting new students and welcoming back former students on the mat.
