the intention behind this hatha practice is to provide a class at an accessible price point that is suitable for all levels. a hatha class introduces you slowly to the more popular/recognized postures & helps build strength and flexibility. this class will provide a full body practice through standing, balancing, and floor postures. in this static practice, postures are held on each side for 3-5 breaths to promote focus and challenge endurance.
