join us on new years eve as we exhale 2024 & inhale 2025

we're bringing you a real treat to ring in the new year—on new years eve we're holding a FREE candlelit restorative practice that will begin at 11pm and end at midnight. 

we'll be welcoming you into a cozy warm studio where all props (blocks, bolsters & blankets) will be provided for you—just bring your mat!

arrive as you are, settle in, and relax your way into 2024.

please feel free to come anytime after 10pm to secure your spot in the room & enjoy a cup of tea before the practice begins.

we'll also be offering a little something to cheers with after class!
