we have created a new, monthly introduction to hot yoga class just for you! our experienced hot yoga instructors will guide you through some of the more popular/recognized asanas (postures), which are the building blocks for our other yoga classes. you will learn how to transition into and out of each posture mindfully, using breathwork and detailed instructions. classes will move at a gentle pace, allowing time for demonstrations, modifications and will also introduce you to the use of props as great tools to assist your practice!
