family yoga (ages 5-8)
a fun family adventure!
join deborah for this series where families come together and learn about yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, & body awareness. she will guide you and your little ones through breathing techniques, partner poses, an asana sequence, & guided relaxation to start your week off right. each week will build on the learning you do together and will reflect one of the limbs of yoga or major themes surrounding yoga practice.
limited to 15 participants
*each participant must be registered separately for the event
child yogis must be between 5 and 8 years old & be accompanied in class by a parent/guardian or adult
