somatic breathwork
this guided breathwork session is a fully embodied experience, shifting awareness from the intellectual mind and reconnecting to the wisdom of the body. the soma (body) holds all of our experiences and overtime tension and stress is stored that suppresses our authentic expression.
in this inward journey, you will be guided with sound, verbal cues, and consented hands on support as you move through rounds of up-regulating and down-regulating cycles of breath and breath holds. the breath is our bridge to the nervous system ~ this hour offers the body a chance to discharge and become emotionally and physically clear.
there will be an integration period after the session to have a few group shares.
please note: It is best to eat 2 hours prior, do not arrive on a full stomach. wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, and bring a journal and pen to write any insights that may come.
