  • 140 ann street is a big building so we know it can be hard to find us! when you arrive to the address make sure you come to the piccadilly (north) side of the building. we are in the far east corner closest to st.george street. you will see our banners along the windows!

  • &asanas clients can park in the gravel lot on piccadilly, located on the north side of the building, during the evenings and weekends. from 9-5 on weekdays clients are still able to use this gravel lot but please be aware that there are several spots, which are marked with signs along the fence, that belong to other business. clients are also welcome to use the street side parking along piccadilly st. at any time. please be mindful not to park in the southwest lot off ann st.

  • we can’t wait to meet you! we recommend hatha, gentle yoga or yin for beginners. these classes are a great introduction to the practice, slower paced, and don’t require any prior yoga knowledge or experience!

  • we recommend wearing comfortable active wear, and bringing your own mat, water bottle, and towel for hot sweaty classes. all necessary props are provided (meditation & restorative practices included). we also have mats and mat towels available to rent if you need! if you plan to shower after class, you will also need to bring along your own towel. our purdy natural x &asanas body wash is stocked in all showers, and we have a blow dryer available, but bring along any other essentials you need to freshen up!

  • we have both yoga mats ($3) and mat towels ($2) available for rent! we also have blocks and straps available in the yoga studios. all necessary props for any classes will always be provided—we just recommend you bring a water bottle (we have a filtered & reverse osmosis water fountain available in the studio).

  • our doors open 30 minutes before our first class of the morning and evening respectively. the doors open at 6am or 6:30am for morning classes and 4:30pm for evening classes. you can always reference our hours on google if you want to confirm when the studio is open. we recommend new yogis come 10-15 minutes early to have a tour of the space and get settled in the room

  • doors locks 1 minute before class starts. unfortunately, we don’t accept latecomers as class always starts right on schedule to respect the students and teachers time, and ensure everyone’s experience remains peaceful and undisrupted. doors open 30 minutes before class so we always encourage you to come as early as possible. we know that getting stuck behind the train can happen often, so we recommend taking talbot street to avoid it!
